Who are we?
|
-
I
Believe in HFA is a not-for-profit organization
dedicated to sustaining Holy Family Academy through
2009, and advancing the school for the future.
Through fundraising efforts, marketing campaigns,
strategic planning and general support, I Believe in
HFA is uniting parents, faculty, current and
prospective students, alumni, and community leaders
to ensure a future for HFA.

What is the
status of HFA?
|
-
Holy Family is opened
and will be welcoming a Freshman class in Sept.
2009! At
the end of the 2008-2009 school year the Sisters of
St. Joseph will no longer own, operate or sponsor
the school. Holy Family will be overseen by a Board
of Trustees, working with the President and the
Principal of the school. The school will no longer
receive financial support from the Sisters of St.
Joseph. It will not receive financial support from
the Archdiocese of Newark (and has not in the
past). HFA will be financially independent.
|
Will the Mission of the school change?
|
-
No, the mission of
the school and its spiritual, academic, athletic and
social excellence will be maintained. It will
remain an all girls’ private Catholic high school.

Will HFA continue at its current location?
