HFA's Fathers' Club is comprised of men with the common bond of having daughters who presently attend and/or who have graduated from the Academy. The members strive to promote a social setting to get together on a regular basis, to gain a firsthand awareness of the events, agenda, and general progress of the school. The Fathers' Club plays an integral part in helping and supporting the Principal to achieve the goals listed in the Mission Statement of Holy Family Academy of Bayonne.

The club and its members coordinate a variety of events, which provide entertainment as well as a sense of community, and at the same time generate funds, which add to the overall operation of the school. These are distributed in the form of scholarships, various team donations, and equipment purchases.

The Holy Family Academy Fathers' Club is always open to have new members join this social and school-supporting group.
